Back in Time
Sebastian's 4th Birthday! - Pulled from March of 2009
There was Playdough!
There were creature creations!
There was Jello!
There was much play and mayhem!
There was the chillout room. (Movie Time) and...
There was the Adults room. (Chillout time)
Then there was Presents!!
A great day, with friends, family and co-workers alike everyone had a great time, especially Sebastian.
We're going on a steam train ride to see Santa
Oh Yes we Did!
Sebastian and Grandma all cuddled under the Blankie - Open air train in late November
Rigby Trying out her Olympic Mittens for Clapping
Arriving at the Mill up in the Woods near Port Alberni the kids were excited to find out that there was a train pulling the train..... who knew?!
Hay Rides via Tractor Round the bonfire
Grandma warms her hands before.....
We See Santa!! ( I like to call him mountain man santa )
Cotton Candy for the trip back down
Rigby licks off all of the red candy reside while grandpa avoids hand #2
Then it was off to see the Xmas lights parade (and have my camera battery die)

we went to the zoo
Where are we going??

Why, to the zoo!
The kids and the officially secular "dancing elephant"
Seb as a Joey.
You can not tell, but after kicking up a fuss to get in there, Rigby immediately wanted to get out, here she is just starting to scream as though we'd placed her in a pot of boiling bunnies.
Black blob=gorilla - Rigby had to be dragged away from this window (as I tried not to pass out in the stanky, crowded, tropical building).
Is it a statue or a boy? No one knows.
This one is my absolute favourite photo of this entire trip - all the driving and whining worth it to see my mum and son sharing a laugh (unseen is the cause of their laughter: Rigby kept running in and out of shot as I tried to take a posed portrait - note: this is why we don't go to a photo studio, my 'unruly' kids would likely give a serious phtog an aneurysm, and I couldn't handle that kind of guilt).
